* The One-day participation fee includes access to the event for the selected day. Contributions in the form of oral presentations or posters are only accepted from registrations categorized as non-student or doctoral student
** The total number of exhibitors is limited, and manufacturers of micromagnetic testing equipment will be prioritized
Registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception on the evening of September 21st, 2026
- Social program and conference dinner on the evening of September 22nd, 2026
- Participation in all sessions from September 22nd to 24th, 2026
- Coffee and other beverages during breaks from September 22nd to 24th, 2026
- Lunches provided during sessions from September 22nd to 24th, 2026
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund for cancellation received until June 30th, 2026
- 50% refund for cancellation between July 1st, 2026 and July 31th, 2026
- 0% refund for cancellation after August 1st, 2026
