Registration opens from 15th October, 2025!

* The One-day participation fee includes access to the event for the selected day. Contributions in the form of oral presentations or posters are only accepted from registrations categorized as non-students, doctoral students, or Bachelor/Master students.
Registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception on the evening of September 21, 2026
- Social program and conference dinner on the evening of September 22, 2026
- Participation in all sessions from September 22 to 24, 2026
- Coffee and other beverages during breaks from September 22 to 24, 2026
- Lunches provided during sessions from September 22 to 24, 2026
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund for cancellation received until 31st May, 2026
- 50% refund for cancellation between 1st June, 2026 and 31st July, 2026
