Call for abstracts

The contributions can be in form of oral presentation or poster. The selection process for the contributions starts with the submission of the abstract, which will be open from October 1, 2025. After the acceptance, prepare a paper with a maximum length of 6 pages. The papers will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee. After the review process, they will be published as an open access e-publication in form of Conference Proceedings. Each published contribution will get a DOI.

Abstracts submission

Your abstract must contain the following:

  • Type of contribution (oral presentation and poster)
  • Title
  • Name of the authors and corresponding affiliations
  • Corresponding author with Email
  • Abstract text (maximum 300 words)
  • Figure (if needed)
  • Keywords
  • References (if needed)
