Call for abstracts

The contributions can be in form of oral presentation or poster. The selection process for the contributions starts with the submission of the abstract, which will be open from October 1, 2025. After the acceptance, prepare a paper with a maximum length of 6 pages. The papers will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee.

Abstracts submission

Your abstract must contain the following:

  • Type of contribution (oral presentation and poster)
  • Title
  • Name of the authors and corresponding affiliations
  • Corresponding author with Email
  • Abstract text (maximum 300 words)
  • Figure (if needed)
  • Keywords
  • References (if needed)

The papers will be published in the e-Journal of Nondestructive Testing (eJNDT – ISSN 1435-4934) as a Special Issue entitled “ICBM16 Conference Proceedings”, to be released prior to the start of the conference.

The eJNDT is an open-access Journal published by NDT.net. Each paper will receive an individual DOI and will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
